Callfather ("we," "us") provides lead response services to real estate teams. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our text messaging, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you submit in our forms: name, team or brokerage, phone number, email, website, and lead spend range.
- Messages you send us by text, email or phone.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, run the response-time test you asked for, and follow up about our services.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- To keep records required by law, including opt-out records.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting, email, texting and calendar tools), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
Client lead data
When we provide services to a real estate team, the leads and conversation records belong to that team. We use them only to provide the services and handle them under our written agreement with that team.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing brandwithdan@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
